Label-Free Technology for Drug Discovery ApplicationsBIND® from SRU Biosystems is a universal assay system that enables label-free detection of drug-target interactions. The system is comprised of the BIND® Reader and 96- or 384-well microplate biosensors. The BIND system uses a novel optical effect to provide very sensitive measurements of changes in binding or adherence in the proximity of the biosensor surface. The biosensor incorporates a proprietary nanostructured surface, and is incorporated in microwell plates in industry standard formats. The BIND system delivers higher quality assay data and improved throughput, both resulting in cost savings. |
